Fax machines. They are pretty old, archaic even. A lot of the ones still in homes haven’t even been upgraded to newer models. So instead of wireless connecting, a lot of them take up space and precious internet resources as you have to connect the wire directly. That is a hassle that just isn’t necessary anymore.

That’s why fax by email is so neat. You don’t need a machine or anything extra taking up wanted space in your office, living room, study, or wherever you have your computer. It’s also a heck of a lot quicker than feeding a form through a fax machine. You can send out multiple faxes, forms, documents, and photos by email fax in a lot shorter amount of time. It’s truly innovative for the busiest of offices.

So get rid of the fax machine. Donate it, strip it for parts, destroy it in a ritual of sorts. Whatever it is you need to do, get rid of it and move on to email fax. And put something nicer in its place, maybe an office plant or a new piece of art. Something that everyone can appreciate, which replaces that eyesore of a machine!

Just think, five years ago social networks barely existed and now they are some of the most powerful companies in the world. Online faxing only recently came into its own and now people don’t have to deal with that ugly modem sound and the inconvenience of waiting for someone to be ready for the fax. In the meanwhile, there are plenty of possibilities. We can maybe even look forward to particle transporters.

Technology has so many uses for and it’s not as soulless as people in the twentieth century thought. The goal of technology is to make human experience more relatable–whether it’s business documents being sent by internet faxing, or a new Tweet–we want to be better understood and more wholly represented.

Internet faxing is a step on the way to a global appreciation of technology. It’s also a way to alleviate social problems such as discrimination and hunger. How exactly? Well, I never said I knew that. If I did, I’d be getting a head start already. We may be waiting a while until technology’s able to solve those problems. In the meantime I’ll keep internet faxing and checking Youtube.

Why we particularly needed one as a family and not a business, I was never sure, but I didn’t argue it. It came in handy once in a while when my dad had to fax something to his union, or I to my college office back in those days. But now it just sits there, collecting dust, because we use internet faxing for the few faxes we do make.

It was such a waste to buy a full fax machine when as a family, we only used it a dozen times or so a year. Internet faxing is such a better option for us. Since it’s a month to month basis through Wired Fax, we pay for months we know we are using it more (like maybe a back and forth with a doctors office regarding an appointment) and we cancel when we don’t need it. And if we have to come back to a plan, we do. But there’s no contract.

It really worked out better for us in the long run. Too bad everyone else is doing it so no one wants to buy our used fax machine.

The times are changing, as usual. Today, I had the notion that as I age I want to stay up with the times. I want to be respected by younger folks as I descend into my golden years. I want to have all the cool technology and know how to use it, and not feel like I’m left out in the rain watching all the young people stream their holographic videos and get email fax on their smartphones and whatnot.

It so happens that in our culture we appreciate the new, which is almost paradoxical, since typically wisdom and excellence are associated with age. But that’s how it goes. Technology and the rapid developments and ways in which it changes our lives are here to stay. Which is why it’s important to know about all of the new developments, such as email fax. If you don’t pay attention, pretty soon you’re generations behind the technology game and you may as well keep your land line and your modem and move to Wyoming and live in a log cabin.

An internet fax service is one of the new technologies you should know about. It makes a big difference in how you send and receive documents. And switching to email fax is one way you can keep your tech game up to date.

Well, with today’s standards in faxing we’ll have to modernize this to “The Faxman.” He’ll fax the street, he’ll fax your seat, he’ll fax the heat, he’ll fax your feet. Okay, well, maybe it’s really just documents he’ll fax but you get the idea.

All kidding aside, online faxing makes your life easier. It’s much more approachable than the company fax machine that sounds like it ate the secretary for breakfast every time you turn it on. All you have to do to internet fax is upload your files and send them. The internet fax service does the rest of the work. It’s basically a fax by email approach that allows you to save time and money. You don’t have to print out any files, nor do you have to leave your desk.

It’s just as easy on-the-go. Because you get your faxes and receipts/notifications of delivery in your email, you can read them on your phone or other mobile device. They can be saved as PDFs and other easy-to-open files. Once you get the hang of it you’ll probably be using fax more often as a form of file sharing. It’s finally reached the digital age.

As an intern you learn very quickly that fax machines are not your friend. A lot of your work demands running around, getting coffee for your boss, getting lunch for the staff, delivering inter-departmental letters, getting coffee for your boss’ secretary, and working on the computer. Even if you’re not the intern you still have a lot of demands to get done in a day. Stopping by the fax machine just doesn’t fit into the schedule even though files need to be sent.

Fear not! You can find solace in an online fax service. All you need is internet access and the internet fax service does the rest. It’s quick, efficient, and headache free. Just upload the files you want sent out and it gets taken care of via email. It’s actually more convenient for the recipient anyway because they don’t need to be in the office to receive it and they can check it on their mobile devices as well as computer. It also doesn’t waste company ink and paper.

If you so choose you can even have confirmation emails sent to you as evidence you did do your work. That way, when your boss questions why you had time to go to Starbucks and get yourself a coffee you can say, “Email to fax took a lot less time than the machine does!” Is there a promotion on the horizon? Possibly.

Fax machines are becoming a thing of the past. In the beginning they started off so big and bulky and then got slimmer, and now people can’t even find much reason to put them in their office or home. Internet faxing is so much simpler. You don’t need to connect to a phone line, you already have your internet connection. You don’t need to find room for a machine, your computer IS your fax machine. You can get everything sent simply.

So when you need to send that fax to your job or to the college office, just jump in Wired Fax to get it done. It’s easy, it’s affordable, it’s even kind of fun. You can archive everything you’ve sent online, you can keep an address book for those fax numbers you sent out to constantly, and it’s all at your finger tips. Just like we saw the disappearance of the VHS player and the Discman, so shall we see the disappearance of fax machines in a few years time. And that’s where you’ll be ahead of the curve with your Wired Fax account already all set up.

Telecommuting has already started, and will continue to change the way we work. Instead of working in cubicles for eight set hours a day, why not work in a rolling chair from your home office whenever you wake up, take a siesta-style break in the afternoon and work in the evening and before bed? Your total amount of productivity will probably be higher when you can work on your own schedule. Everyone’s different, so why would we force everyone to work in the same exact conditions?

That’s where email fax comes in. Home offices are becoming more and more important, especially in many urban areas. As the condo market responds, so will the tech market. Machinery will be replaced with newer updated versions of its predecessors. An online fax service is just one example of how work is changing from a stuffy office atmosphere where money is earned to an aspect of life that isn’t as absorbing, and which allows deeper passion and broader freedom. So if you are interested in working from home, think about investing in some new tools to make your life easier; namely, email fax, a nice computer and a swivel chair.

With Facebook valued at somewhere around $76 billion, now is the time to invest in new technology. Platforms like the smartphone allow for technology to be produced at a faster rate than ever before. Private investors, termed “angels,” back these small start-ups with hordes of cash. On the one hand, if you want to invest in social media start-ups, you stand a lot to gain, but remember that it’s important to sell before the bubble bursts.

But if you’re investing in technology, such as online faxing, there’s less to be worried about. Because this technology is replacing an older technology. So there is less to worry about in terms of popularity and trendiness and more to be sure of since this technology is practical and already highly used.

When you email a fax you make it that much more convenient for everyone. There are no weird phone numbers to dial, no loud beeps or late ’90s modem sounds that recall the last bubble bursting – just a quick, instant email fax. That simple.

A lot has changed over the past ten years. Email fax is just one example of how things continue to simplify. And until the internet becomes outdated, chances are, email fax is here to stay.

Many young freelancers today have begun to work together in loft spaces where they can chat, laugh and hang out in between work. Many of these young folks are bloggers and tech geeks who have hundreds of thousands of Twitter followers. With one Tweet they can proselytize a website’s merits or bring it burning to the grounds of the internet. Can you imagine these cool young creatives having a fax number?

Ha! Yeah right. But seriously, the fax machine is a relic. Soon they will have them in museums, and they will symbolize a bygone era of rotary phones and television with antennae. Don’t wait any longer to get email to fax. Because when you tell people that you have a fax number, especially business clients, they will think you’re old fashioned. Which is fine, if you’re selling soap. But if you say, oh you can simply email fax it to me, they’ll think, how hip this business is. I’m sure they have other interesting things they can offer. So get email to fax today and watch how people treat you differently.
